Once you arrive – travelling in Poznan

Once you reach Poznań directly via Poznań Ławica Airport (POZ), which is well-connected to the city center by public transportation, a direct bus ride takes approximately 20 minutes. The public transportation in Poznań is well developed and reliable. Uber App transportation services are available. Taxi from the Airport to the city center – about 50 PLN (12 EUR). For travel within Poland, both train and bus services are available. If you plan to arrive in Poznan by train, the Central Poznań Trainstation is directly in the city center. Train tickets can be purchased via the Koleo app, which is accessible on iOS and Android:

Upon arrival in Poznań, public transportation tickets can be purchased through the Jakdojade.pl app. For extended city exploration, multi-day tickets are available at vending machines (english language interface should be availible) located at selected tram and bus stops, as well as in local kiosks.
